At Venfashion, your satisfaction is extremely important to us. Please review this policy to understand how we handle returns, refunds, cancellations, and exchanges.


Step 1: Raise a Return or Replacement Request

If you receive a wrong, defective, or damaged product, you may raise a return or replacement request within 7 days from the delivery date.

To submit your request, please share your order details and contact number through the support option available on our website.

For damaged or missing items, the issue must be reported within 2 days of delivery.


Step 2: Review of Request

Our support team will review and validate your return or replacement request within 2 working days.


Step 3: Product Pickup

Once your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup through our logistics partner.

Self-shipping is not required unless specifically instructed by our support team.


Step 4: Product Receipt & Final Action

Once the returned product reaches us, it will undergo a detailed quality inspection.

Based on the inspection results, we will process either:

  • A replacement, or
  • A refund, depending on stock availability

Replacement & Exchange Process

After your return request is approved:

  • A pickup will be scheduled for the return item
  • After we receive the product and it passes quality checks, a replacement will be initiated

If the original product is no longer in stock, you may choose:

  • A full refund, or
  • An exchange for a similar product of your preference

Exchange Delivery Timeline

Replacements or exchanged items are dispatched within 2–4 business days after successful quality verification.

Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location.

Order Cancellations

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after approval.

Partial Order Returns
